Hiya, Joann! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. I am delighted to hear you have a trip coming up to the Happiest Place on Earth!
Joann, you may have heard about
Disability Access Service (DAS), a program aimed at helping Guests who may have difficulty waiting in queues for extended periods of time. Although there is a pre-registration feature, given your trip is just around the corner, you can go to City Hall as you noted, and the Cast Members there will be happy to discuss the DAS program with you.
For future reference, I wanted to share a new feature called
DAS Advance, where you can pre-register once you are within 30 days of your arrival (but it must be done sooner than two days before your arrival.) You can
request a video chat with a Cast Member to discuss your needs; please note the Guest requesting DAS must be present on the video call. If you are eligible, they will help you get registered and even select two attractions per day of your visit before you arrive. This way you have a head start on scheduling your return times before you arrive at
Disneyland Resort! You can also think about what you might like to do between return times, like sitting on a park bench on Main Street, U.S.A. enjoying the sights and sounds with popcorn, a churro, or any Disney snack you prefer!
I hope your visit is magical in every way. Come back to see us if you have any more questions!
