    Hi we are scheduled to check in for our first DW trip 3/27. We included the dining option. If check in time is 3:00 does this mean we can not visit parks or use dining plan until 3? If not how do we get Key to the world card before 3?

    Hi Misty!

        No problem!  While your room may not be ready until 3:00 PM, you may certainly pick up your park tickets and use your Dining Plan credits.  Simply arrive in the lobby and visit the Check In desk.  You will be given your welcome packet containing your Key to the World card.  At this time, if your room is not ready, you will be given a number to call or you may even give your cell number to be texted when your room is ready.  Of course, your room may be ready, in which case you can head right over.  Either way, you can hop on the bus or monorail and hit the parks immediately!  Have a wonderful vacation and keep those questions coming!
