Olá Ana Lucia! I'm happy to help! The Castle Package at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (BBB) will have your little princess looking and feeling like a true Disney Princess! Her magical transformation in the expert hands of her Fairy Godmother-in-training will be truly unforgettable! The policy states that your child should arrive with hair combed or brushed through. In addition they ask you to a bring a comb or brush, whichever she prefers, though generally they will use a new plastic comb from the store to style her hair. Nails need to be free of nail polish, and the skin and scalp free of any skin or scalp conditions for at least 30 days prior to the appointment. The cancellation policy states that if you need to cancel her appointment you must do it at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time. If you don't cancel the appointment before that time your credit car will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. The Castle Package includes hairstyling, make-up, nails, a costume dress, costume shoes, a tiara, a BBB sash, and an Imaging Package which includes one 6" x 8" and four 4" x 6" photos in a princess-themed photo holder.
