Hiya Kimberly,
Welcome back to planDisney. We are honored to be a part of your planning journey for your upcoming vacation. Like you, I have an upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth and plan to dine at
‘Ohana for breakfast. My little one has just started recognizing Disney characters, so I cannot wait to see how she interacts with Lilo and Stitch! Also nothing says magic quite like Mickey shaped waffles to start your day.
Now, Kimberly, I have a lot of knowledge about Walt Disney World Resort, but I consider myself an expert when it comes to
Disney Gift Cards. I use Disney Gift Cards for everything from merchandise, Theme Park tickets, paying my balance for Walt Disney World Collection Resort Hotel stays, and dining! Great news! You can use a Disney Gift Card to pay for your ‘Ohana breakfast and all
Walt Disney World Resort-operated dining locations! I like to tell the Cast Member as soon as I am seated that I will be using a Disney Gift Card, but it isn’t a requirement.
I hope this was helpful, Kimberly. Before I let you go, if you plan to use multiple Disney Gift Cards during your visit, have you considered combining them? Combining my Disney Gift Cards into one or two cards with larger denominations (up to $1,000 per card) is a lot more manageable for keeping track of during my trip. To combine your Disney Gift Cards, log onto the site using your Disney account information, locate “My Cards,” and add each card number for your Disney Gift Cards one at a time. After that, select the cards you would like to transfer the balances to. Once you transfer the balances, make sure to put the card with the combined balances somewhere safe (I like to draw Mickey ears on mine so I know which one to use).
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
