    Hi! We are scheduled to arrive for our WDW vacation on 28 Oct and had planned on upgrading our tickets to Annual Passes while there. Do you know if Disney will honor the lower Annual Pass price since there is no way we could upgrade our tickets remotely?

    I wish I had better news for you. Unfortunately, anyone purchasing a new annual pass will have to pay the current price. Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm sure many other people have the same question right now!
