Scheduled to arrive on June 20th and purchased MYW tix with water parks & more options. We just found out that we must be in orlando 2 days earlier. Is it possible to secure our passes on the 18th and utilize the water parks option prior to checkin?

    Hi there, Ross!

If you purchased the Magic Your Way tickets as part of a package (Resort hotel room and/or a Disney Dining Plan), you'll need to follow a few easy steps:

Up to three days prior to the start of your package date, you will need to visit any Theme Park Guest Relations location to request Early Ticket Pick-Up.

Again, this is only valid for people with Magic Your Way packages at a Walt Disney World owned and operated Resort. You can be staying off-property at the time you pick up the tickets, but you will need to be checking into a Disney hotel within that three day window.

Note that if you have a package which includes Dining, although you can pick up your tickets early you cannot get access to the Dining until you have actually checked in to your Resort.

If you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you can pick them up at Guest Relations at any time. There is no start date associated with Magic Your Way tickets as there is with Disney Dining.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
