Enough about me, though. Jamie, let’s get to your question. To inquire about availability and make reservations (if available) for a Disney Private VIP Tour, you will need to speak to a Cast Member by phone at the number listed on the
website. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, and since your trip is next month, you are within the reservation window! The Cast Member will gather information about your party, provide the hourly cost, and assist you with your reservation. As a reminder, VIP Tours are scheduled for a minimum of 7 hours (up to 10 hours), and you can have up to 10 Guests in your party (including infants). You also must have
valid theme park admission for your tour as it is not included in the cost.
