We want to schedule times for lightsaber and/or droid builds, but obviously will be hoping to get a spot for Rise of the Resistance. Do you have any suggestions for when to schedule the builds? It’s so hard to coordinate everything with so many unknowns!

    Hi Jennifer!

The great news is that Walt Disney World Resort makes it easy to coordinate your day even if it includes some of the more popular attractions and experiences! For our recent visit, I made our Droid Depot reservations for 9:30 AM, and that left us plenty of time to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. So that you can enjoy the rest of your time at Disney's Hollywood Studios, a Droid Depot or Savi's Workshop reservation about 9:30 AM allows you the freedom to arrange to have your merchandise ready for pick up at the front of the theme park or have them delivered to your Disney Resort hotel.

I recommend arriving before Disney's Hollywood Studios is scheduled to open. Once everyone in your party has entered the theme park, at the scheduled opening time, grab your boarding pass and then make your way to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to build your custom droid or lightsaber. Once your boarding group is ready, you will have 2 hours to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

    Have a magical build!
