Hey howdy hey, Tiffany! You’ve got a friend in me at
planDisney!
The countdown has begun to your magical getaway to the
Happiest Place on Earth… in just a few more days, you and your daughter will be making magical memories together!
It sounds like you already know about the awesome advantages to
Disability Access Service (DAS), and how it may help your daughter during your upcoming visit. This wonderful service has been designed to accommodate Guests who aren’t able to wait in a conventional queue
due to a disability. And now, the Disneyland Resort is making it even easier for Guests to pre-register for DAS ahead of time with
DAS Advance! This new DAS system will allow you
to register online with a live video chat as early as 30 days in advance of your visit, and no less than 2 days before your visit. So, I’m happy to report that you’re within your window to register for DAS Advance, Tiffany!
To help prepare for using DAS, you’ll want to make sure you have a
Disney account, and that you’ve downloaded the
Disneyland app. Then, check that all of your group’s theme park tickets are linked together on your app to help the registration process go smoothly. Once you’re registered, you’ll be able to book DAS return times from the convenience of your mobile device using the app!
During your registration chat, you’ll have the chance to book up to 2 one-hour return windows
for select experiences, subject to availability. This is in addition to the regular DAS benefit of making return-time selections throughout your Disney day.
If for any reason you aren’t able to register for DAS before your visit, don't fret! You can also register at the Disneyland Resort upon arrival at City Hall (in Disneyland Park), Chamber of Commerce (in Disney California Adventure Park), or any
Guest Information location.
You sure picked a great time to visit, Tiffany! Here’s the
Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day. With
the official return of the Main Street Electrical Parade, World of Color, and Disneyland Forever fireworks, there’s so much to experience at the Disneyland Resort right now!
See ya’ real soon,
Kristin
