Hi there, Shaun!Welcome to planDisney. Congratulations on your upcoming cruise. My family and I just got off the Disney Treasure. We are already anxiously looking forward to our next Disney cruise vacation. So I'm a bit envious that yours will be starting soon.To schedule a Port Arrival Time, you simply complete the online check-in process. During online check-in, you will choose an available Port Arrival Time. That is the time after which you are welcome to arrive at the cruise ship terminal. When you reserve a Port Arrival Time, you will also be assigned a separate boarding group number. Once you have your check-in verified at the terminal and pass through security, you may explore the terminal waiting area or simply have a seat and relax until your boarding group is called.Tony's Tip: Usually, the DCL-GUEST Wi-Fi is available to connect from the cruise ship terminal waiting area. While the ship is in port on embarkation day, Internet service is complimentary. But I find that precious time in the waiting area is better spent focusing on my vacation rather than the World Wide Web. So I like to fire up the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. When your device is connected to DCL-GUEST, you have access to the ship's current services and information. While we wait for our boarding group, we use the Navigator app to look up the menu for dinner on our first night of rotational dining. And, of course, we also love choosing from the huge amount of daily activities we'd like to experience during our cruise. Tapping the heart icon next to an activity will add it to our favorites list to remind us what we will be doing later.I hope you have a magical cruise, Shaun!~Tony
