How scary is the drop to Batuu at the end of Ride of the Resistance?

Bright Suns, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Evelyn... Evelyn... The Resistance is calling out to you. They can tell, “The Force is strong with this one.” They’re ready to ignite the spark and light the fire through you. Are you ready to answer their call?

Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is a journey unlike anything experienced before. It changed my view on attractions at the Walt Disney World Resort forever. When I think of explaining the “drop” during the adventure, I would compare the intensity to the “drops” taken while riding Pirates of the Caribbean. It’s definitely manageable, and not too frightening. If you are aware that it is coming toward the end of the attraction, it will not be scary. I know many Jedi who do not care for big drops, and I can tell you that they found it mild and enjoyable!

Now, Evelyn, you can’t visit Black Spire Outpost without a sip of blue or green milk! Be sure to get a glass for me and Master Luke.

We’d be honored if you’d visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Until then, may the Spires keep you.
