    I scanned my paper tickets into the app but realized I needed to apply the names to them and not have them all under my name. I am trying to delete the 2 I need to change the name for and scan again--but its not working.

    The Disneyland app has become an essential tool for planning and experiencing a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort. I'm happy to hEAR you are already getting ready for your trip by getting tickets loaded in the app. I'm sorry to hear you have had difficulty getting names situated there. For account issues like this, I've found the technical support Disney Cast Members at Website Support to be very helpful. You can email or give them a call at (714) 520-6222. From resetting passwords, to removing tickets from your account on the Disneyland app, this team has you covered.

    Before you head out to the Happiest Place on Earth, I recommend you also download the Play Disney Parks mobile app. It's a wonderful way to engage in the magic of the Disneyland Resort even more. I love using the Play Disney Parks app to unlock free stories from the Fortune Tellers, Esmeralda and Fortune Red. And you'll want to see how many achievements you can unlock. My family has over three dozen, and counting!
