    I scanned my memory maker after a ride, Mickey went green but it didn’t upload to my account, how can I get it now please?

    Oh no, Morag!  It goes without saying that of course, you won't want to lose any magical memories captured by Memory Maker whilst you and your family of Mouseketeers enjoyed riding select Attractions during your jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.

    In most cases, Cast Members can be like Fairy Godmothers, and with just a wave of their wand, and a bibbidi-bobbidi-boo they should be able to take a good look at helping find your missing Attraction photo.

    My best planDisney advice is for you to reach out to Disney PhotoPass Cast Members via this handy online form

    When completing this Disney PhotoPass Service online form, you'll be asked to provide the exact date, time, and location of the missing photo.  Plus, it would be really helpful if you could also include some other relevant information in a bid to provide the Cast Members with the best possible intel to uncover the whereabouts of your missing photo.

    Additionally, it's always possible to speak in person with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
