I see where is says that you veterans card needs to say DAVPRM? Is this universal? In NY the VA card says service connected. Meaning disabled. Is this the same? and would we be able to get discounts with it? Thank you.

    Hi Nancy,

In order to qualify for the special military offers, a valid, base-issued military ID must be presented. Military ID's with the code DAVPRM (Disabled Veteran Permanent) are valid an acceptable form of identification for the discounts.

A Veterans Identification Card (or VIC card) issued by the state or Veterans Administration is not an accepted form of identification for the discounts. However, The Shades of Green Resort does offer discounts to prior service members during certain times of the year. Click the link for more information.

Please feel free to follow up with me if you have any additional questions, Nancy. We are a military family and I would love to help you plan your vacation and make it as magical as possible.
