It says I am unable to make a theme park reservation even though I already bought my tickets… is this because I already made a reservation while I booked my tickets? Can you look up my reeeeavtion and tell me please

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Chelsea. There's so much to look forward to with a spring visit to the Disneyland Resort. It sounds like your magical plans are starting to come together, so let's hop to it and get to your question.

Theme park tickets and reservations are the first things that you need when planning your visit, so I'm glad to hear that you're getting these things checked off your list first. I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering some challenges, but I think I might know what is happening. My Spidey sense tells me that you just may already have a theme park reservation.

If you purchased your tickets at the Disneyland site, you were required to select the days of your visit which also created a theme park reservation for you. You can double-check to see if you have a reservation in the Disneyland app. Open the app and tap the "☰" to open the menu, scroll down and then tap "Future Plans." Here you'll find a list of all of your theme park reservations for any theme park tickets linked to your MyDisney account. If you don't see any theme park reservations for your visit listed here, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member at the phone line for Tickets. They will be able to access your account and help you troubleshoot the challenge.

If you haven't already, be sure to download the Disneyland app for your visit. It's a great tool that provides a map of the resort, attraction wait times and the ability to mobile order food and beverages. All in the palm of your hand! I like to place my mobile order for breakfast right at 7:00 AM, and right from my hotel room. When I get to the park, my food is practically waiting for me and it makes for a quick and easy start to the day.

Chelsea, I hope this has been helpful. Most of all, I hope that you find that you already have your reservations set and can breathe easy and move to your next planning step. Come back to see us if you have any other questions. Keep moving forward with your magical plans and start that magical countdown. We're almost there!
