Hi Annie,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
It sounds like you’re getting a notification saying that your hotel or ticket reservations are already linked to your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Hakuna Matata! When you were booking your reservations, you might have been signed into your account. When this happens, your ticket or hotel reservations usually link to your My Disney Experience account automatically, so you don’t need to link the reservation separately!
To confirm, head to the “Tickets and Passes” section of the My Disney Experience mobile app by selecting the three horizontal lines in the right corner. Once you select “Tickets and Passes”, simply scroll through to see if your tickets have been linked! If you have a hotel reservation, select the arrow in the upper left corner, then select “Future Plans”, here you would see your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel information.
If your reservations aren’t in those sections, I suggest connecting with the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations or
Existing Tickets help desks for further information. Once you confirm that your reservations are entered, you’ll want to book your Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time both Theme Park tickets and reservations are needed for each person, each day you want to enter the Theme Parks. Since your vacation is soon, you’ll want to check out the
Theme Park Reservation calendar to gauge availability and start booking your
Disney Park Pass reservations!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for the
World’s Most Magical Celebration. If you have further vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
