Return to a Land of Magic. I don’t know about you, but I’ve missed everything about the
Disneyland Resort. As an out-of-state Guest myself, I won’t be able to visit just yet, but seeing fellow Disney fans stroll down Main Street, U.S.A. later this month, will be enough for me!
I am so sorry to hEAR that you are having some issues with your
Theme Park Tickets, hopefully, you will be able to get to the bottom of this in no time! A couple of small troubleshooting solutions I always recommend would be logging out and back in. Sometimes it takes a while for the
mobile app to register the change. If that doesn’t work, I then switch over to the
desktop site, or vice versa, depending on which device I am working on. If none of these solutions work, I do recommend
calling Ticket Services to speak with a Cast Member. They will be able to help get everything sorted out and make sure you can see your Theme Park Tickets.
Once you can see your tickets, you will then be able to make your
Theme Park Reservations!
