Its says I need to bring the card I used to purchase my tickets with me when I pick them up. What if I no longer have that card and have a new one now?

    Hi Amanda,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

Typically, Guests are told to bring the credit card that they used to purchase their Theme Park Tickets with them to Guest Relations when they pick them up for two reasons. First, it’s easier to confirm that you are, in fact, the person who made this purchase and second, it’s easier for the Cast Member to find your order in the system, simply by scanning your card.

But, please don’t worry if you no longer have that credit card, for whatever reason! You’ll still be able to pick up your Theme Park Tickets. Just explain the situation to the Cast Member who will be assisting you, show them some photo identification and you have your order confirmation number on hand. If you have a smartphone, showing the Cast Member the email confirmation you received would also be helpful. In addition, if your Theme Park Tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account, you might also be able to scan your MagicBand in order for the Cast Member to access your account more quickly.

I hope my answer helps put your mind at ease and helps you get your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort off to a great start! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
