Hi there, Jayme. Thanks for taking the time to stop by planDisney with your questions for us. I bet you’re excited to
return to a land of Magic now that the Disneyland Resort theme parks have finally reopened.
Several months ago, the Disneyland Resort permanently
ended the Annual Passport program. Therefore, they are no longer valid for theme park admission. However, those with active Passports as of March 14, 2020 (when the theme parks closed last year because of Covid) are now
Legacy Passholders, and you’re entitled to some
magical perks until new membership offerings are announced! Jayme, you probably have received some refund from the sunsetting of the Annual Passholder program. If you haven’t received your refund yet but are eligible for one, I recommend calling (714) 781-7277 and a friendly Cast Member will gladly assist you.
If you wish to visit the theme parks soon,
tickets and park reservations are available for purchase on
Disneyland.com as well as on the Disneyland mobile app. Be sure to check out
Disneyland.com and
Disney Parks Blog for the latest park news. Also, did you know that planDisney Panelists are
on Instagram? We have great tips and advice, as well as recent highlight reels of Disneyland Resort theme parks’ reopening day!
I hope this answers your questions. But if you have additional ones, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again. I hope you’ll soon be able to soak in all the magic at the Disneyland Resort.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
