I'm so sorry to hear you've had a glitch with linking your confirmation number to your account. If you purchased
theme park admission tickets to Disneyland Resort, you should have received a confirmation email with a ticket confirmation number and a button to "Access Your eTickets." This will display a barcode that may be scanned at the theme park entrance. However, I also like to have my tickets linked to my Disneyland mobile app, which may be what you referencing in your question.
I'm happy to help walk through the steps to link a ticket or pass in the
Disneyland mobile app. First, you'll want to go ahead and log in to the app using your Disney account credentials. Then, press the '≡' button on the bottom right-hand corner of your app screen and select the icon for Tickets and Passes. This will display any existing tickets or passes currently linked to your account. In the top right-hand corner of this screen, you'll see the (+) button which will give you the option to either purchase new tickets or link tickets and passes. Then, scan the barcode or QR code on your confirmation email, or manually enter the confirmation number for your eTicket.
If these steps don't resolve the problem, you are welcome to reach out to the
Tickets line to speak with a Cast Member in Guest Services. They can usually use your name, email address, and confirmation number to look up any valid ticket purchases and help you troubleshoot any challenges. Don't forget to ensure that you have both your
valid theme park admission ticket and your park reservation secured, in advance of your visit!
