Hi Moms! I would like to say "thanks" for all the great tips that I have gotten on this site. I will be coming to WDW on 09/13/11 for my honeymoon. I want to be able to see the disney fireworks but I have an allergy to sulfer. Where can I see them

    Hi Jennifer!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding!  I don't know how sensitive you are to the fireworks, but just so you know, I've been to the parks hundreds of times and I've never even smelled the fumes.  The fireworks are not as close as they appear to be.  That being said; I have a few suggestions for you.  You can see Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from the beaches at The Grand Floridian and Polynesian Resorts.  It's a beautiful view and very romantic.  You can also book a dining reservation at California Grill at the top of The Contemporary Resort.  The restaurant actually has an outdoor walkway that lets you enjoy the show overlooking Magic Kingdom.  That is an incredibly romantic dinner to have on your honeymoon!

As for Illuminations at Epcot, you should be able to see the higher bursts of fireworks from the Boardwalk area.  You won't get to see the total effect that you would if you were inside the park.

I hope this helps.  Good luck on the wedding, and I'm sending you pixie dust for a magical life together!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
