Might I say first that I LOVE this panel! Already planning a May 2014 visit, any recommendations regarding week as far as crowds and weather? Thinking the week of the 4th... wanting to stay in a Royal room at Port Orleans (normally stay in a value)...

Thank you Jennifer for your kind compliment - we LOVE helping guests plan their Walt Disney World vacations, so we're happy to hear you LOVE the panel!  Historically, the first couple of weeks in May have moderate crowds, with the weekends being busier than during the week.  The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival usually takes place at that time, resulting in increased attendance, especially at Epcot. However, I wouldn't hesitate to book my vacation to Walt Disney World for May, and the weather should be absolutely beautiful - the summertime humidity won't have set in yet.

You will love the Royal Guest Rooms at Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort. The are simply stunning. There are so many "regal" touches, some obvious, some not so obvious, but all done in a very classy way.  I was very impressed by them - I'm sure you will be too!

Thanks again for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and please let me know if I can help you with any other questions while you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.  Have a magical day!
