Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Charles!

Welcome to planDisney! We are THRILLED you stopped by, and we can't wait to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! Based on your question, I can tell you are an expert Disney planner. (You should think about applying for the planDisney Panel!) As you are well aware, the more you plan now will save you SO much time, effort, and energy when you do arrive for your MAGICAL vacation. Let the countdown begin!

Let me also tell you that you are in good company because there are MANY people who are waiting for Mickey Mouse to release the 2026 booking dates. I just spoke with a very helpful Cast Member, who told me we would have to wait just a little longer! You are also right in saying that Mickey Mouse could surprise us from now until mid-May of 2025. I am not a patient person, especially when it comes to Disney vacations! However, the great thing is that we are ALL IN THIS TOGETHER! (Are you singing and dancing yet?!)

I will say that the BEST way to find out the latest and greatest Disney announcements is to check out the Disney Parks Blog. I promise that as soon as Mickey opens up the 2026 calendar, he will let all of his pals know ASAP!

I can also tell you are a GREAT planner because April is a truly TIGGER-ific time to visit Disney World! I love the weather because the temperatures are warm but not too hot, and there’s usually less humidity compared to the summer months. Late April also tends to be less crowded before summer vacation begins. The BIGGEST reason to visit Disney during April is to experience the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival - a breathtaking celebration of nature, creativity, and Disney enchantment! With vibrant topiaries of beloved characters, stunning floral displays, and delicious seasonal bites, it’s a feast for the senses.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
