Rising moons, Ryan, and thanks for bringing your question to
planDisney!
I sense the Force is strong with you, and I’m excited for you to build your very own custom astromech droid unit at
Droid Depot! I had the chance to help my son build a droid a couple years ago, and it was such a unique experience. My son especially enjoyed using the electric screwdriver to assemble his droid!
During your building experience, the building station is limited to you and 2 Guests, with the requirement of one person in the party being age 14 or older. Just keep in mind that only the builder will be allowed to build a droid, and not the Guests. So, it sounds like you’re curious if you have to add the names of your Guests when
making your reservation online. I went through the booking process to double check on this, and it looks like the only name that you’re required to enter is the name of the builder, which is you. So, you shouldn’t have to provide your Guest’s names during the booking process. You’ll simply add your name, email address, and phone number, along with a credit card, to complete the reservation. The card will only be charged in the event that you don’t show up or fail to cancel at least one day prior to your reservation.
I hope this information helps you plan your travels to
a galaxy far, far away, Ryan!
May the Force be with you,
Kristin
