Hello say I buy a 3 day park hopper pass and go to the park twice can I add a genie+ for the last day, Also if one of us has ADHD and one has anxiety issues are we able to get DAS ? How do we go about getting The DAS and do we need a doctors note ? Thanks

    Hello Kent!

Thanks for reaching out to us again with your question! I’m glad that you’re interested in unlocking the phenomenal cosmic powers of the Disney Genie + Service for your visit this month. This is a fantastic way to breeze to the front of those super-popular rides, giving you more time to savor all the wonderful Fall Favorites at the Disneyland Resort!

When you purchase theme park tickets online, you'll have the chance to add Disney Genie+ for one day or all of them during the checkout process. If you're unsure about Disney Genie+ when you buy your tickets, don't worry – you can add it on the day you arrive at the resort. Once you scan your ticket at the park entrance, you can open your Disneyland Mobile App, scroll down, and choose the Disney Genie+ option. However, if you decide to wait until your visit, remember that the cost and availability can vary daily, so it's best to add it right when the park opens.

Now, let's chat about the Disability Access Service (DAS) pass. This service is designed for folks who find it challenging to wait in regular lines. With the DAS pass, you can skip the long queues and return when the wait times are shorter. No need for any medical documentation. To pre-register for DAS, you can request a live video chat anywhere from 2 to 30 days before your visit, so I'd suggest reaching out a few weeks from now, Kent! If you'd rather give Disability Services a call directly, their phone number is (407) 560-2547, or you can email them at disability.services@disneyland.com. They're always happy to lend a helping hand.

I hope this info clears things up for you, Kent. Got more questions? Bring 'em on! Just of me as your personal Toodles, rushing to your side with all the tools you need. I'm here to drop my best tips and tricks to make your visit to The Happiest Place On Earth as magical as can be!
