1st can i say i big thnx to all the mums here, wish there was a way to 'like' all the answers youve give! I'm coming to WDW end may and am not staying at Ft wilderness, can i still go to the campfire? what proof do i need to show that i'm a WDW guset? thx!

    Hi Vikki,

Thanks for your kind words, we are all more than happy to help you plan your holiday of a lifetime!

The Campfire Sing-Along with Chip and Dale at Fort Wilderness can be attended by guests staying at any of Walt Disney World resorts.

The campfire generally begins at 7pm during the fall/winter season and 8pm during the spring/summer season. The activity begins with some marshmallow toasting, followed by a sing-a-long with a Cast Member and an appearance from Chip and Dale. (You are permitted to bring your own marshmallows or S'mores kits are available to purchase) After the sing-a-long, a Disney movie is shown on a large outdoor screen.

I would allow at least 1 hour of travelling time to get to the campfire from any starting point. You will need to firstly catch a Bus from your resort to one of the four main theme parks, water parks or Downtown Disney and then transfer to a Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground Bus. Once you arrive, you will then need to catch an internal Bus to the Meadow Trading Post.

The event is held nightly but can be cancelled due to inclement weather.

You will not be required to show any proof that you are staying at a Disney Resort.

I hope that you enjoy the event and wish you a magical trip!
