Welcome aboard, Gabriele! Complimentary transportation is one of my favorite benefits of being a Guest at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel! I agree with your strategy of arriving prior to park opening.
Early Theme Park Entry is a great benefit! You’ll be amazed at how much you’ll get to experience during that time!
Yes!
Bus transportation typically begins approximately 45 minutes prior to the earliest opening of the theme parks. For Guests staying in the Disney Resorts Collection of hotels, this means 45 minutes prior to Early Theme Park Entry! Keep in mind that
resort transportation options can vary from resort-to-resort. Some resort hotels offer the Disney Skyliner, Monorail, and/or boat transportation. If you are staying at a resort that offers any of these modes of transportation, check with your front desk for operating times as they can vary.
An alternative to transportation is walking to the theme parks! My kids are older now and my wife and I also enjoy a leisurely stroll with a morning beverage. Guests staying at resorts such as Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort can walk to Magic Kingdom Park. Guests at Disney’s Contemporary Resort have the shortest walk to Magic Kingdom Park. Guests at Disney’s Boardwalk Inn and Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort can walk to EPCOT and enter through the International Gateway!
Gabriele, you are invited to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride!
