    I saw somewhere that there is a 5K run at the beginning of the day at castaway cay, what time is it and where do you sign up for it?

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You are right that there is a Castaway Cay 5K race for cruisers on Disney's private island.  It is scheduled to take place on each trip there, but is subject to change.

    When you board the ship, you can go to the Guest Services desk to get more information and sign up. You can actually register at any time before the race, so don't feel like it is an urgent matter.  The race time will vary, so you will find that out when you sign up.
