I saw a similar question on here, but I am wondering if the answer is still valid as to the question being a year old and things change all the time at Disney. Can souvenirs still be packaged, labeled and shipped from the Bell desk at Disneyland hotel?

    Hi, Melisa!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I hope you’re getting excited for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

The Bell Services desk of each Disneyland Resort Hotel can assist Guests with shipping pre-packed, pre-labeled packages, and regular shipping and handling fees will apply. However, to the best of my knowledge and per disneyland.com, mail services at the hotels do not currently include parcel packaging and labeling. You do have the option of shipping your souvenirs home directly from the resort shops at the time of purchase for an additional fee based on the cost of the item.

I hope this answers your question, Melisa, and that your visit to the Disneyland Resort is pixie-dusted to perfection! Please write back if there’s any other information you need as your trip draws near.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
