Peter from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I saw that the rooms at the Disneyland Hotel were 400 sq. ft. Can you please tell me what size the rooms are at the Villas at the Disneyland Hotel? Our reservation is for a Deluxe Studio-Preferred View. Thanks!

    Hi Peter!

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for trusting us with another question over on our corner of the internet. We are really happy you stopped by. I love helping fellow Guests plan the perfect vacation to Disney Destinations around the world, and it sounds like you will be able to celebrate happy in just over a week's time whilst visiting Disneyland Resort during the 70th anniversary.

Your stay at the Disney Vacation Club side of the Disneyland Hotel will give you a brilliant base for your trip. The room is approximately 370 sq. ft. and features both a queen bed and a pull-down Murphy-style queen bed. My favourite part about staying in a Disney Vacation Club villa is the kitchen area, which comes with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. As my family includes travelling with two toddlers, it makes life so much easier being able to give them some cereal with fresh milk first thing in the morning. Mine are hungry from the second their eyes open!

There is so much to look forward to on your upcoming trip, with new experiences created especially for the 70th anniversary. I am trying to figure out how I can visit during the celebration myself. Coming from the UK, the flight is LONG, but I would love to see the brand new Walt Disney animatronic featured in the attraction Walt Disney - A Magical Life.

Peter, I hope this helps with your plans, and that you have the BEST time vacationing at Disneyland Resort. If you have any questions about travelling to the East Coast with little ones, I highly recommend reaching out to my pal McCayla, and if you want the low down on snacks, Cody is your man.

    See ya real soon,
    Matt
