I saw a question posted about avoiding parks that will have extra magic hours that day because of crowds. Is this true specifically for morning EMH? We are planning a vacation 7/17 through 7/24/09. How do you suggest we plan to best avoid crowds?

Hi Emily, I think that really depends on whether you have park hoppers or not.  I generally recommend that if you can get to the park right at opening, then Early Magic Hours are great.  I find that the park with Magic Hours does tend to be very busy, but not usually right away.  So, we usually hit Early Magic Hours first thing, and then hop to another park when it gets busy.

If you don't have the park hopping option, then I would recommend avoiding the parks with the extra magic hours, if you'd prefer to avoid the crowds.

    Have a great vacation!
