I saw in a previous post that a good place to watch "Wishes" is from the the Beach at the Polynesian or from the Grand Floridian. We'll be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort, are we permitted to go to different Disney resort properties?

    Hi Cathy,

Not only are you permitted to visit other resort properties while staying at Disney, but it is one of my absolute favorite things to do.  Visiting other properties helps me "gently persuade" my husband about the merits of returning and staying at another resort!  The beaches at both the Polynesian and Grand Floridian are both good spots to view the fireworks, and on select evenings, you'll have the added benefit of watching the Electrical Water Pageant float by (it's a parade of illuminated floating rafts and is really adorable.)  The beaches are much less crowded than Main Street in or around the Castle.  I might consider having a later dinner at one of the resort hotels and then grabbing some prime beach real estate to watch the show!

    Have a great trip!
