    Saw ? about pretagged luggage having tip included- this refers to the luggage that Disney collets from MCO and delivers to ur room not for carry ons that u ask for then to take up upon ur arrival, am I correct?

    You are correct.  If you ask bell services to take your carry on luggage to your room when you arrive, I would recommend tipping $1 per bag.
