    Hi, I saw a post somewhere that you guys don’t necessarily change the comforter after each guest. Is there a possibility to request for it to be changed?

    Planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation during The World’s Most Magical Celebration - the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort couldn’t be more timely!

    Regarding cleanliness and sanitation, Walt Disney World Resort has a solid, ongoing commitment with the highest standards for the health and safety of Guests, and I can assure you that bedding and bathroom linens are replaced. I had the opportunity to visit the laundry facilities recently to see first-hand how the process of collecting, sorting, and washing Guest Room bedding and bathroom linens, including comforters is done. As well, in my 50+ stays as a Guest at more than 20 Disney Resort hotels from value to deluxe, and deluxe villas, I have never had any issue with the cleanliness of my Guest Room, bedding and bathroom linens. Linens by category are even vacuum-sealed after washing in the laundry for transport to Disney Resort hotels. In my opinion, Walt Disney World Resort sets the standard for excellence with laundry, and general health and safety standards, rest assured, from my standpoint as a person obsessed with cleanliness.

    Nicolas, if you are still having trepidations - I completely understand, then I encourage you to request a new comforter upon your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel at the Front Desk. Cast Members will do their utmost to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. In preparation for your visit, I encourage you to read through our current health and safety measures to see for yourself the high level of commitment Walt Disney World Resort strives to reach.

    To ensure you visit the theme parks in your order of preference, please make your Disney Park Pass reservations using your valid theme park admission soon. As well, may I suggest our Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services, which will optimize your theme park touring experiences each day.

    Lastly, you can manage your planning via My Disney Experience online, and download the My Disney Experience App for use during your visit for Disney Genie services, Mobile Food Ordering, making or modifying Disney dining reservations, utilizing Mobile Ordering, capturing Disney PhotoPass memories, checking in to your Disney Resort hotel, and much more.
