It’s so exciting that you’re going to be sailing on a Disney cruise! A vacation aboard a Disney cruise is my favorite for many reasons, but one of the primary ones is the delicious food and beverages on board. I also love how Disney Cruise Line cares for guests’ individual needs by allowing them to bring packaged snacks and alcoholic beverages with them. To help with your planning for how much alcohol you’re able to carry on board, I would be happy to answer your question regarding the alcohol policy.
You are correct that Disney Cruise Line just updated their
alcohol policy. The updated alcohol policy states that guests who are 21 and older—18 and older on board the Disney Adventure departing from Singapore—may bring 1 bottle of unopened wine or champagne (no larger than 750 ml) or 6 beers (no larger than 12 oz each) on board at the beginning of their voyage. Any alcohol brought on board must be packed in carry-on luggage to be carried on and not packed in checked luggage. If a guest purchases alcohol at a Port of Call, it will be stored on board by Disney Cruise Line until the end of the cruise. You can find the list of updated Disney Cruise Line policies here in the
