I saw online that the magic kingdom park closes at 6 pm and Epcot and Hollywood close at 9 pm. How can we see the magic kingdom fireworks show if the park closes at 6 p? Do u need a special pass for entry to see the fireworks show ?

    Hi there, Nicolina!

Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you've dropped by with a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question! Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is nearly here. I bet you're counting down the hours! I'd be happy to help you prepare for an enchanting escape to the Walt Disney World Resort.

Nicolina, Magic Kingdom Park closes to day Guests at 6:00 p.m. on evenings when Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party takes place. On these evenings, Magic Kingdom Park is transformed into a spook-tacular setting for eerie entertainment, tantalizing treats, and exclusive experiences during this separate ticketed special event. Unfortunately, without a ticket for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Guests won't be able to view a nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom Park on these nights. In this case, if you only have daytime admission, I recommend "hopping" to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios to view Luminous The Symphony of Us or Fantasmic! instead. If your ticket doesn't already include the Park Hopper option, you should be able to add this option in My Disney Experience or by calling the Existing Tickets phone line.

If you'll be staying in one of the fabulous Disney Resort hotels in the Magic Kingdom Park area, you'll likely be able to catch a glimpse of Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular from the comfort of your resort! While the music may not be piped in over the speakers like it is for Happily Ever After, it's still always a treat to see the bursts high above the theme park. Alternatively, you may be able to sneak a peek at the show if you can snag a late-night dining reservation at one of the Table-Service restaurants at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!

Nicolina, I hope you've found this information helpful and I wish you a super special trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth! If you have any additional questions about your upcoming visit, you're always welcome to stop back by planDisney again. We're all ears!

    See ya real soon,
