Saw the ? about online checkin. Can you tell me more about this? Can you really check in a week in advance? What does this mean in terms of how long you wait at hotel desk? Assume it's faster. Can you give some details on this? Thanks for the help!

Hi Christine - thanks for your question!

The Online Check-In is a brand new feature offered by Disney which will streamline the actual check-in process.  If you are within 10 days of your arrival, you can log onto to access  your reservation.  You'll be able to enter some of the information normally collected during the check-in process at your resort, such as: verification of members in your party, room requests and special  occasion notes, credit card information (for room key charging privileges), a phone number where you can be reached during travel, etc.

Upon arrival to your resort, you'll be able to go directly to a special welcome location where your registration materials will be waiting, including your preprinted room keys.

I can't wait to try this new feature first hand.  It certainly sounds like a timesaver!   Diane  :)
