Ahoy, Nicole!
It was so fantastic seeing another great question from you! Thanks so much for sailing back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Before you know it, you'll be saying "Bon Voyage!" to Arizona and "Ahoy!" to adventure!
Booking
onboard activities and
Port Adventures is such an exciting step in the planning process! I know our Disney Cruise is right around the corner once our advance booking window opens and we begin filling our days at sea and time ashore with activities and excursions! If you're referring to needing to cancel a Port Adventure that you've booked, it must be cancelled prior to three days before your embarkation day (unless otherwise noted on the specific activity). After that, all Port Adventure reservations are final and non-refundable. If you've scheduled an exciting onboard activity, such as a beverage tasting, it needs to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the event. Any cancellations occurring after the cut-off time will result in the full fees being charged to your stateroom folio. (Please note, cancellation policies are always subject to change and may differ for each individual activity.)
My family recently set sail aboard the Disney Dream on a multi-generational cruise. We each enjoyed participating in different activities and Port Adventures throughout our voyage. My sister and her family splashed at the Atlantis Aquaventure, my son loved the different Character Experiences and the entire family loved spending the day soaking up the sunshine in our private cabana on Castaway Cay. I can't wait for you and your family to enjoy all the different activities onboard and ashore, too!
Please sail back with any other questions!
