I just saw the new wdw rule that says no loose ice in the parks. What is meant by loose ice. for the last 13 years I have brought a cooler into the parks that had ice cubes secured in ziploc bags. Is ice in ziploc bags ok?

Hi Jeff, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are absolutely right and you have been right for the last 13 years: ice that is brought inside a resealable bag is perfectly fine according to the new rules. The new rule only applies to ice that is loose within a container such as a cooler or a lunch bag, and was put in place to help streamline the bag check process and help Guests enjoy the fun as soon as possible!
