I saw that you have mentioned liking the Polynesian resort. What do you like about it?

    Aloha, David!

My family and I have enjoyed our stays at the Polynesian Resort for a variety of reasons.  First, its proximity to the Magic Kingdom makes visiting that park so simple by boat or monorail.  In fact, it is so close many of the rooms have views of the park.  There is something quite magical about watching the fireworks in your pajamas or while swimming in the pool.  And it holds special memories of watching the fireworks from our patio with my husband while sipping some wine -- a little romance in the midst of a family vacation!

Speaking of the pool, there are 2 at this resort.  One is a more traditional pool while the other is themed around a volcano with a large slide, zero-entry, and music playing in the water.

Another reason we like the resort is not only are the rooms some of the largest, but also it is easy to take the monorail to Epcot by taking a short walk to the Ticket and Transportation Center.

While the resort is comprised of a handful of buildings, we've never felt like the walk to get anywhere in the resort is lengthy; everything is easy to get to.  And when walking about the resort, the grounds themselves are truly breathtaking with their luscious gardens, hidden tiki statues, and torch lit pathways.
