I just saw the dates for MVMCP have been released. i have been looking forward to this and to my disappointment, the week of Thanksgiving has no parties!! Will there be one or two added later or are they trying something new this year? This is terrible!

    Hi Tonya,

I am truly sorry that the dates for this year's Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party do not coincide with your travel plans.  I have looked back at past dates for the party and it seems that there is always a break in the schedule around Thanksgiving.  I have never heard of additional dates being added once the schedule has been set.

Even though your will miss Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, you will still be able to celebrate the magic of the season while at Walt Disney World Resort.  The decorations are truly magical all over Walt Disney World Property and Cinderella Castle is a sight to be seen during the holiday season.  There are also some fabulous Special Tours and Experiences that are based around the Christmas season, such as Holiday D-Lights and Yuletide Fantasy.  There is also special holiday dining that is available specifically for Thanksgiving celebrations.

I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World Resort during Thanksgiving Tonya.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
