I saw on the check-in that the resort check-out time is at 11am. Our flight isn't until 9pm and we bought tickets to go to the park that day. Will the hotel hang onto our luggage and carry-on items for us until we leave for free or will this be an issue?

Hi Stacy! No issue at all! Take your luggage to the bellhop and tell them your flight is in the evening and you will be going to the parks for the day. They will tag all of your luggage and give you a claim ticket. When you’re ready to pick up your luggage to head to the airport, simply give them the claim ticket and they will give you back your luggage…for free! Have a magical day! Leslie

Hi Stacy!

No issue at all! Take your luggage to the bellhop and tell them your flight is in the evening and you will be going to the parks for the day.
