Hi! I saw you answer another question about available properties. Can you explain this a bit? I am years away from joining DVC but am considering doing so once I'm married. BLT & AKL are my favs. What happens when the available ones sell out?

    Hi Ainsley,

Thank you so much for your question!  Disney Vacation Club is a wonderful way to vacation with family and friends.  I am so happy that I am a Member, and I know that you will be as well when you decide the time is right for you to join.  When my family joined DVC, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa was being made and the Animal Kingdom Villas and Bay Lake Towers and Aulani were not even built yet and that was only nine years ago!  Disney is constantly changing so I would not worry about what properties are available. I would start by calling DVC by phone at (877) 382-7826 Monday -Thursday from 8:30 am to 11:00 pm and Friday and Saturday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.  The Cast Members there can help you with more specific information about what is available now and in the future and how fast that the properties are no longer available for purchasing points for.  The minimal amount of points is 100 to become a Disney Vacation Club Member, and you always have to option to add on points throughout the years.  Please let me know if I can help you any further, Ainsley!
