Hi, I saw your answer about Disneyland Hotel pool usage on check out day but if we use the pool area at the Grand California Resort on the day that we’re checking out, is there a place for shower and changing before we start the drive back home? Thank you.

Hi again, Tim. We’re back at it! I’m really feeling like I’m a part of your world when it comes to planning this trip!

I like where your head is at with utilizing the pools at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa on the last day of your visit. It’s a great way to extend the magic a bit and cool down the excitement before heading home. As I said before, the pools at Grand Californian are spectacular. The GCH Craftsman Bar is also a great poolside hangout, with excellent cocktails and delicious food.

I’m sorry to say that there are no showers or changing areas to use, since most guests have access to a room in the hotel. I’m sure the restrooms would be the best option for freshening up and changing clothes before hitting the road.

Tim, I feel like we’re old friends at this point. I very much wish you the best trip ever. Don’t hesitate to bring us more questions at planDisney.  I hope you have a magical day!
