HI I SAW A WHILE AGO THAT DURING CHRISTMAS THEY MAKE HOME MADE CANDY CANES, IN DISNEY LAND, IS THERE ONE SIMILAR TO THAT IN DISNEY WORLD, WE ARE TRAVELING IN AUGUST!

    Hi George,

I have been to Disneyland and experienced these homemade candy cane treats first hand as well as how popular of an event this is each year....such a wonderful Christmas tradition to look forward to.  It is so much fun to watch them being made and it is such a popular event at Disneyland that they have specific dates when these candy canes will be made and sold (they even issue tickets to guests limiting the number of these special homemade candy canes that they can purchase).

Walt Disney World does not offer these handmade beauties, unfortunately (at least I have never seen or heard of them there).  WDW will have their own special and enticing foods during the Christmas season such as gingerbread and candy cane fudge. Candy canes are available at WDW, but just not these famous homemade kind you are used to from Disneyland.  By the way, these candy canes are also only available in Disneyland on select weekends in December, so even if WDW did have these, you would not be able to get them already on your upcoming trip in August.  Have a wonderful trip!

    Best wishes,
    Brigitta
