Ahoy there, Christopher, and welcome to planDisney!
The Disney Cruise Line
Alcohol Policy states that each Guest 21 years of age and older can bring a maximum of 2 sealed bottles of wine or champagne (no more than 750 ml) or 6 beers (no more than 12 ounces) onboard. The alcohol must be in your carry-on bag, not your checked luggage, or it will be removed. I suggest using a small roller bag as a carry-on because you will need to carry this bag with you until your stateroom is ready.
If you do not want to pack the wine or beer, you can
pre-purchase items at least three days before embarking. There are also
nightclubs and lounges throughout the ship where you can purchase a glass of wine or a beer. You can buy bottles of wine during dinner in the
rotational dining restaurants as well. I like to book a
beverage tasting during my
advance booking window. Offerings differ by sailing, but if you like beer, there may be a beer tasting available during your cruise. The Disney Cruise Line Beverage Team is very knowledgeable, and I always enjoy getting suggestions from them.
Christopher, if you have any other questions, my
planDisney pals and I are here to answer them.
Cheers!
