Bright Suns Victoria!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re so glad you brought your question here to us before you embark on your interplanetary journey.
I hope you’re ready to venture that far into the Outer Rim. Batuu is known for its lush forests and majestic mountain regions. I see that Savi’s Workshop is a stop on your trip. Now that you’re aligned with the Resistance, you must keep the location a secret because if the First Order finds out, you’ll have to be ready to embark in an epic battle. During your build, Savi’s Gatherers will be there to assist and guide you in building your own lightsaber and bringing it to life. The real magic happens with the power of the kyber crystals. You're sure to be famished at one point or another. I'd recommend stopping at Ronto Roasters for a quick carry and go meal. If you've got more time on your hands then I highly recommend Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo.
Once your journey ends and you are ready to transport home, you’ll be happy to hear that TSA sides with the Resistance. If you go to their website it reads:
- Sadly, the technology doesn't currently exist to create a real lightsaber. However, you can pack a toy lightsaber in your carry-on or checked bag. May the force be with you.
Lightsabers may be carried in your checked bag or in your carry on bag. I highly recommend you don’t put in your checked bag and carry it on instead. If you’re planning to be ready for battle and want to carry it on on its own and not in your bag, I would contact your airline and check with them to see if it counts toward your personal item or counts as a carry on item. If that’s the case you may want to carefully pack it into your carry on.
Well Victoria, the Resistance is counting on you and with your new lightsaber complete, you’ll be ready to embark on incredible new adventures.
May the Force be with you
