visit to Batuu to protect the galaxy from the first order! Your
lightsaber is certainly a powerful and important defense tool, so I’m so sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with yours. Let’s see what we can do about that.
Alexander, your best bet is to reach out to the helpful Cast Members on the Merchandise Guest Services team. They will likely have some tips and tricks on how to get yours back up and running or may even have some alternative solutions for you. Now, I would recommend using your cell phone to record a video of the issue, so you can show them exactly what is happening when you try to turn on your light saber. It’s helpful for them to have as much information as possible to try to get to the bottom of the problem.
You can reach the Merchandise Guest Services team by calling (800) 328-0327 during their regular hours of operation, which are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Alternatively, you can also try them via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. However, I do think you’ll get the quickest response over the phone, so I would try there first!
