    I have a Savi's lightsaber from November 2019. I went to turn it on in October and it wouldn't work. I changed the batteries, but it still didn't work (no sounds, light, or anything). I also changed Kyber crystals and the same issues. Help!

    I’m so happy to hear that you had the chance to meet with Savi’s Gatherers in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and customize your own lightsaber. I felt the Force flowing when I visited Savi’s Workshop, and consider it one of my very favorite experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort. 

    I’m sorry to hear your lightsaber is malfunctioning. The Jedi at Merchandise Guest Services will be able to assist you with any issues with your saber; please contact them at (877) 560-6477, or via email at Merchandise.Guest.Services@DisneyParks.com. Please provide as much information as possible, including the date of your visit to Savi’s Workshop, a detailed description of the issue, and any item numbers you may have from your receipt (and if you purchased an additional kyber crystal, the information from that transaction is also helpful and appreciated). The Cast Member you work with will be able to provide options and next steps to get your lightsaber glowing again.
