    I have been saving a tier 5 ticket on my app for my birthday--December 20. We go every year on that day. When I went to reserve today, it is now saying my ticket is blocked out that day. When I purchased it, it was good for every day. Can you help?

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for sharing your birthday tradition with us. It is a lovely way to celebrate a full lap around the sun! 

    If you make a dining reservation for your next visit, don't forget to add a Mickey-shaped celebration cake to your reservation. It's the perfect ending to a festive meal! 

    Since we can't know when you purchased that ticket, I think the safest bet is to call the Disneyland Resort and talk to the Cast Members specializing in ticket sales. You can reach them at (714) 781-4636, and I'm sure they will be happy to help. They will be able to look into your ticket details and help you set it up for your birthday!
